Hi all,
I just bought my '07 TSX in May. I want to get snows for the winter (live in New England). Can anyone tell me if the car sounds an ongoing alert if you put snows on without tire pressure monitoring sensors? I would rather save the $200, but don't want the car beeping at me for 4 months! Basically, I want to know what the car will do if I have tires on w/o the TPMS. Thanks.

AFAIK, the car should flash at you for a few seconds after you start the vehicle, then it should go away, knowing there are no sending units nearby... but that's on the aftermarket ones from what i've seen...

I am new to this forum but I was actually considering upgrading my 2008 TSX with some sort of performance chip. I then read everyone's discussion about the reflash and became very interested. I have an AEM intake currently and want a little more "umph". I was wondering if anyone would help me out to decide what to do. I would like a simple change so that is why I was looking at a performance chip. While I was researching online I came across some performance chips that were only $69.00 and the reflash is $295. What is the difference? What does everyone think I should do?
Thanks Meg!!!!!

according to members on acurazine and tsx club websites-hondata reflash is not offered for the 07-08 tsx's.

Oh well that is too bad. Have you or anyone purchased a performance chip for an 08 TSX?
