"check sites like carsdirect.com and carmax.com to get ideas"

But don't bother with carsdirect for a decent lease price. They came up with an '04 well under invoice but the 36 month 12000 mile lease price they came up with was $479 plus tax a month. When I asked for a break down of money factor, residual, etc. they got all hissy and hung up on me.

yeah, I never liked the financing and leasing rates that Carsdirect.com offered. They must think that consumers are idiots.

You said your deal is pre-rebates. If so, then it is almost exactly at invoice, assuming you haven't added in the $680 destination charge. How did you negotiate at-invoice pricing for a 2005?

What's the EP price (towards the bottom of what you included, appears to be missing). That's the employee pricing, which you probably can't do any better than before rebates.

Thanks. I do not know what that means. The dealer just give me the invoice price, it seems like. So after -5000 rebate i got -8000 off MSRP.

Dealer is pushing me hard to sign the contract but I want to wait until end of the month. what can I do?

I leased a base model FWD 2004 Pac for 39 months, 12k per year, $0 down, $309 per month. Less than half what your $674 payment is, and I'm hoping I'll get a similar deal on a new 2007 or 2008 when my lease is up.
The base model does not have all the features you're getting, but that's just less gadgets to go wrong, and it probably get's better mileage without AWD and all those options.

Here is the deal we did last weekend in Northern CA on our 2005 AWD Pacifica. We got it with 26U Quick Order Package, Navigation, 19" Chrome wheels, rear DVD, Moonroof, Infinity Sound System, HID lights, Cargo Conv., Laminated Door Glass, Uconnect hands free, & Satelite prep. The MSRP was $40,230, invoice w/out any anvertising fees is $36607 (incl. destination). We paid $34700 (including $2000 rebates) plus ttl. I think we did ok. The other offer we got was on a likely equipped car, but it had 17" wheels instead of the 19" and that dealership was offering it for $34500 incl. rebates. So a difference of $200 & we think the 19" look better. Hope this help in your car buying. My only word of advice on a 2004 is to look at the manufactured date and make sure it is not an early production. There were some quirks that needed ironing out with the early production. That is why we went w/an 05. So far we both really like this car. Good luck.

Thanks crzyaim. I am living in Bay Area. Can you tell me which dealer did you get the deal? Thanks a lot.
