Starting price was $100 over MSRP, then deducted $4,000 off, which ended up to be about $7,000 under MSRP. We are having a trailer hitch and backup sensors added, which the dealer is handling for us. We were treated very well. This was a much nicer experience than the one we had with another dealer in another area, which was selling a used one with 20,000 at only $2,000 under what I would have paid for the without the add ons. That did not make sense, considering warranty, and tire issues. We are very happy. Hope this helps others. How they look, etc. I have been wanting to get them installed on my Pac, but some of the comments I have heard about them is that they don't look integrated with your back bumper when they are installed after-market. But that website you pointed at, mzmarlo, seems to be WAY overpriced, especially on their monitors. The cameras are expensive, too.   I lost my bookmark file, so I don't have the links to the places I was looking, but I know you can find them cheaper.   Here's what I was looking at:  * Pinhole/plug waterproof color or B/W camera  * Video sender/receiver unit (sends image wirelessly - I only need power)  * In-Dash LCD monitor w/2 inputs     - Run one from the backup camera     - Run the other from the DVD changer   So that, when we're backing out of a spot where we think we'll need the camera, we just pop open the LCD (if it's closed) and switch it to the backup camera.   Todd Replies to this message: mzmarlo (Jun 04, 2004 10:30 am)

I don't think I need a rear-mounted camera, just something that will beep at me when I get too close. I like Chrysler's dealer-installed option, I just want to get feedback on how it looks before I take the plunge! Thanks

Replying to: hillfla (Jun 03, 2004 5:56 am) We have picked up our Pacifica after the back-up sensors have been installed, and are very happy with the look. Our car is the Linen Gold, and the back-up sensors match the dark finish that is standard with the cars. The sensors are just 4 round circles that were punched into the bumper of the vehicle. They do contrast, but they look fine to my husband and myself. We had the trailer hitch installed at the same time, and are happy with the clean look of it as well. It does not stick out, but is almost flush with the bumper, in fact they cut a bit of the bumper to do the installation. Our dealership did a fine job on installing both items. I understand that the sensors can be painted to match the bumper, but we did not make that request. If you are concerned that you do not want the sensors to be visible, you can see if they can do that, as I have been led to believe that they can. Hope you enjoy it. I thought I was prepped to do my first lease but it doesn't seem to be happening.   Husband has the DC Affiliates Reward Program (1% under invoice + current incentives ($5K). I visited one dealer, called two and no one seems to be able to come up with the bare bones FWD as unloaded as possible.   I want a 2004 36 mo/12K under $350/month with 0 down, "sign and drive". Are the basic models gone? Should I wait until Aug. to get a better discount on a more loaded model? Car_Man said I can't really negotiate lease prices with this program. Maybe the sales people make significantly lower commissions on these affiliate programs? Any advice is most appreciated.
