| I ordered a pacifica five weeks ago and i was wondering if anybody knew how long the factory was taking to produce them?? My dealer does not seem to have any idea. | |
|
|
| Can some one help me out with the October rebates and cash back on pacifica. Not sure if the info I have is correct. $2000 Cash back to dealer? $750 rebate with a trade in? | |
| I though the rebate was to the buyer. I could be wrong though as I did not really ask. My dealer is quoting $50 over invoice + the $2000 rebate. That saves my about $4000 under MSRP. Not sure if this is a good deal? Any thoughts. I would love to be at the $6000+ under MSRP that I have seen posts for...how did you arrive at this. I would like to know if and what amount folks have been paying under invoice AND does this include rebates and other incentives?? I am looking at FWD, heated leather, DVD, sunroof. | |

| Here is an update on our Pacifica order - we ordered on August 26th. Tuesday, October 7th, we were told that it was "en route". Received word today that it is in. Picking up Friday as we are getting it undercoated, paint and leather protection. So it has been 7 weeks total... I like the fact that it was a special order, hopefully will not have some of the minor bugs found in the earlier ones. Only time will tell. Yahoo now categorized pre and post August production... | |

yeah, they're not selling.......... AutomotiveNews reports today that chrysler now has $3,000 rebates on Pacifica. cheap, cheap, cheap |

Liveanddrive....could it be that Yahoo!'s designation of a Pre or Post August built Pacifica refers to Chrysler's move to a lower MSRP car with fewer standard features? I am looking at a loaded Pacifica now that has been on the dealers lot since June. They recently made it a 'demo' with a $3k rebate in addition to the one Chrysler is offering. The car has 67 miles on it. Sounds like a good deal but... it was built in May of '03. |
|
| NEVERMIND!! This morning, the salesman tells me that I can get either the $3K 'demo' rebate or the $3K Chrysler rebate...not both. I still think they'll go to or below MSRP on a car they have set on for 4 months. | |

When I posed the question to Daymler Chrysler Canada, here is how they responded: DaimlerChrysler Canada appreciates your interest in the 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. As you may be aware, this model was introduced earlier this calendar year as a 2004 model. It is not unusual for production adjustments to occur routinely in the course of a model year, including progression to introduce features which were always intended but could not be included in the initial production run. Following a hiatus for retooling, production of other vehicle models has now moved into the 2004 model year as well. This routine model year change appears to be what your information refers to. |
