I'd be very surprised if bumbie replied to you 3 1/2 years after making that post but here is my experience: Our '04 MDX had the "swish", it was because there was insufficient baffelling in the gas tank. No biggie.
Our '07 MDX does not have this issue and I am surprised that your tech gave you such an ambigous answer.

Thanks for your response. I don't see many complains about this issue. I guess, it may a random issue. I am also not sure how big of an issue and what else can be done if the dealer is not ready to address at this moment. Any advice?
I would like to take care of it before the warranty expires.
