At the current time, there is only a supercharger for the V8 4Runner. Toyota has not made any mention of making it also available for the V6. Keep your fingers crossed |
|
| Has anyone succeeded in finding if there is a Billet grille for the 03-04 4Runner? I have seen one from Jaos (Jaos.com), but I am not crazy about their particular grille. | |
|
I have seen the VIP security system for the 03-04 4Runner retail for $210.70 (Toyotapartspeople.com) That is the cheapest that I have seen it for, but you would still have to have it installed. Has anyone purchased the upgrade separately and then installed it themself? Please tell about the installation |

Greetings Question #1- I am looking to install an additional set of fog lamps on my 2003 Limited 4Runner. I currently have a Wagg front bumper guard which I'm planning on installing the lamps on. I would like to avoid drilling any holes in the firewall and I thought I would use a wireless remote light switch. If I decide to go wireless, what would be the best way to get power to the lights (12v). Thanks! Also, Would it be legal to have the new fogs (amber colored) and the standard vehicle fogs on at the same time? |

| Why would you want to add the supercharger to the V6? Why didn't you just get the V8? At upwards of $3,000 including parts, labor and increased premium required gas for the charger, money obviously isn't an issue. | |
| The '05 XRunner (Tacoma) has a supercharged V6. I'm assuming that it is the same V6 in the current 4Runners so that s/c should be compatable. | |

Here is something different than the Jaos. http://www.sporttrucking.com/productdisplay.php?sku=495671&hd- wt=31101&loc=101&dealer=no&PHPSESSID=794ae84b5c85c486- 93e01def14425cc6 |

Thanks for the link.... The Billet grille looks pretty sharp and reasonably priced. |
|
| The Tacoma and 4runner use different v6 engines. | |
| NOW they use different engine. I am talking about the 2005 XRunner (the new generation Tacoma) and the current 4Runner. So again, they should have a s/c for the 4Runner's V6 soon. | |
