I ended up purchasing an '09 Acura MDX (top-ranked!) and drove out the door $1500 below invoice.  Can't complain about that! I think I might miss the back-up camera but will love having the extra cargo room and back row climate control. Now all I need to do is have my remote start installed and get out of this 20 below zero weather. The next time I go test-drive cars it will not be that cold! It was a toss-up but I liked the guys at Acura (plus the warranty and color choice) better than the Nissan folks and think I got a better deal overall.... but I'll still be thinking about that camera. he he We'll see in time what happens. Thanks for everything!

But now they are all grown and out on their own (one still in college) so we figured the need for that feature was gone. So of course, less than a month after we purchased "Mo" we found ourselves driving the whole gang (now 5 adults) the 350 miles from LA to San Francisco! And yes, the temperature control complaints came just like the old days.. But mostly in jest. Mostly.... Good luck! --jayhawk |
