2009 CRV EX-L W/O NAV PRICE IN BOSTON by 2001civicowner

Hello all... i'm looking at buying a 2009 CRV EX-L W/O NAV in the Boston area. Can anyone out there give me an OTD price that they paid? I'm willing to go to any dealership to get the best value.

I'm trading in my 2001 civic EX with approx 130,000 miles.
I'm looking for wheel locks and remote starter to be included.

Anyone out there buying right now?

I am in the Phila area getting the same car (EXL AWD, 2009). I have been getting quotes - the best so far is 385 under invoice. Car invoice with delv is $25,873. I have right now $25,488 with a cargo tray. There is a dealer in Madison NJ that has also been competitive - you may want to check them out. If I can get 500 under, I will jump on the offer.

Remote starter I hear is around $400 no idea on wheel locks. Look on Ebay for those.....
Let me know how you make out. I have been having a hard time getting a decent deal with so many 2008 on the lot. If you want 2008, they are offering me $24,888.

I'm surprised to hear that they are offering you 2008's. I've visited two dealers here and both have said that they are out of 2008's. I'd be willing to buy one, but it would have to be a significant value ($1000/or more).

I was offered a $1 over invoice ($25,874 including delivery) deal, but it included wheel locks and a remote starter. It was a special "black Friday" offer... I can probably get it anyway. They also offered me $5,000 for my trade in, and Kelly Blue Book says it is worth $4,600.00 for dealer trade in.

I feel like it's a pretty good deal, but I need to know that i'm not getting ripped off...

So getting 300-400 below invoice is a possibility?

the dealer gave the price = 21400, it is close to invoice+destination=20751+670=21421

I want to ask if it is possible to ask them to go down to $20500-20600 before TTL and documents?

Thanks

yes, you can ask them to do anything but whether they'll do it is another story.

If you are in Boston, Madison Honda in central NJ has been quite good with me. At least over interent.
Sussman Honda online is invoice - we are not to post people's names or I would give you my salesmen's name. If you price around, they will match. I used Main Line Honda, Sloane and Sussman to work they numbers down. I have not picked up the car yet so I don't feel comfortable saying the price till it's a done deal.

I was seeing $600-700 under invoice on 2008, and 300-400 under for 2009.

Good luck
