Went to a lowest quote dealership today. Internet negotiation OTD price $24000. Saleman was not bad and pointed out that there was a protection package (all weather pad, etc) installed and asked for $450 value and gave us 50% off. We offered $ 23700 with protection pkg for OTD price. Back and forth with internet manager and general manager a couple of times. No deal. What do you guys think? Maybe we pushed dealer too much.

Replying to: circlew (Nov 08, 2008 12:57 pm) Thanks for your post. My weak side is that I told them that I failed to get offer from another dealer. This dealer is the lowest one. We have been contacting for weeks. Now they have only 5 ex left. But today I can tell how bad the auto market is. Only 3-4 customers. When do you think I can email them with my increased offer?

I am new here. I am wondering what is included in OTD prices? my dealer told me that I have to pay tax, tag, title and registration on my own. they said they can't do that in Oklahoma. is it true? they offered me Honda EX 2008 2WD with no accessories for $22,600 + tax, tag and title, is that a good deal?
