I have a 2003 crv with 97000 miles I owe 9300. Dealer wants to give me 8000 I wanted at least payoff and car is in good condition is this fair they want to roll over the negative they say to my new car??

I live in Greensboro, NC area and just paid $23,800 +TT+Doc fees ($349) for an out the door price of $24,918 for a 2WD EX-L w/o navi. Tax in NC is 3%. It was the best I could do in the area. I'm very happy with the purchase. Also got Honda's 1.9% financing.

I am planning to purchase a 2008 CR-V EX-L AWD soon and noticed two different model codes from my local dealers (WI), RE4878JNW and RE4879JNW. Does anyone know the difference? I checked multiple dealers and difference was not due to color.
