McGrath Honda of St Charles, IL Experience: Everyone was fantastic! Very highly recommended! 2008 CR-V EX-L AWD Honda Invoice $24,837.00 (no destination fee) MSRP: $26,700.00 (no destination fee) Dealer's base price (no destination fee): $24,314.00 Destination fee: $670.00 Base price + destination fee: $24,984.00 Options: -- Protection package - wheel locks, cargo tray, mudflaps: $0.00 -- Free car washes for life Tax (7%): $1,761.00 Transferred plates: $105.00 Documentaion fees: $150.00 Other "BS" dealer fees: None! Final OTD price: $27,000.00 (no financing) This final price was the initial offer from the sales manager, and was cheaper in OTD price by $200+ compared to 8 other local Honda dealerships. Also, he was the only one to offer any included options, and the Protection Package is variably priced from $500 to $800 from what I've seen. There was no haggling involved, and there was no funny business when it came time to finalizing the deal -- greatly appreciated considering how much of a headache this whole process can be. Off to enjoy my CR-V! |

2009 AWD Ex-L With Nav $37,500-? i GOT THIS QUOTE FROM A DEALER HERE IN ST. LOUIS. No trade-in. With NAV, MUD GUARDS,ROOF RACK, BODY MOLDING, LEATHER STEERING WHEEL, REMOTE START, COMPASS MIRROR, LUGGAGE RACK, CARGO AREA COVER, ALL SEASON MATS, CARGO TRAY, REAR ARMREST TRAY, 17"5-Spoke Chrome-Look Alloy Wheels, Color-Matched Door-Edge Guards, FOG LIGHTS, Bass Speaker System, Backup Sensors. The wheels are a pricey option. Don't think I'm forgetting anything. Is $37,500 too much? St. Louis area. Anybody know if the 2009 has bluetooth?

Replying to: kiawah (Sep 04, 2008 6:13 am) The highlander is too big. I like the CR-V over the RAV-4. Don't want a Ford, Chevy, or KIA or other junk. I like the fact my passenger can input addresses into the NAV without having to pull over( RAV-4). The reason I posted here was to see what others were paying for a similar CR-V. The dealer I spoke to is giving me, I think, about 30% off on options and accessories, but isn't breaking on the MSRP.
