$24455 OTD. include everything, 6% tax, doc, destination, new plate and registration.

Right now the lions share of CR-V's are built in Japan with just a few built in Mexico. If the estimated build date is the week of 04/01 - the dealer should have the car on their lot by mid May.

Question: Is there any evidence that the CR-V's that are built in Japan are of a better quality than those built in the U.S.?

Just picked up the car. We've done negotiating the price but the dealership didn't have the color we wanted (Glacier Blue), so we had to wait for a week. When it's delivered, it got just 4 miles on it.
 
Sales price: $22,069.32
Texas tax (6.25%): $1,379.33
Other fees: 213.35
 
OTD price: $23,662
 
Throwing in wheel locks and life-time oil change.

It better have more than 4 miles on it. If it doesn't, it didn't receive a proper PDI.

When the cars are delivered, they usually have between 2 and 4 miles on them.
 
As part of the Pre-Delivery Inspection the cars have to be driven long enough to make sure everything is as it should be.
 
this usually takes about 5-6 miles of driving to accomplish.
