Try Sport Honda in Silver springs, MD. I hear they will give you a decent internet price and I believe the MD. dealers only have a $99.00 dealer fee.
   Hope this helps...and no...I don't work there.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'll try to contact them today.
I got an internet offer from Open Road Honda and they're charging me $25,900 price - so pretty much the same as VIP Honda. Is this the normal for the NJ dealers for a 2008 EX-L AWD no Nav, to charge around $26000 price? I was hoping this would be around $24K or so - something below invoice. Or is that too much to ask for !

Have been reading this forum for a few weeks and everyone's comments and shared experience were extremely valuable when making my purchase. Just got a 2008 CR-V EX AWD, Silver on Black this past weekend. Price paid was 22,600, not including tax and registration. I am satisfied with deal. I could have shopped all over and tried to squeeze a couple more dollars, but it seemed acceptable.

Overall we are very happy with the car so far. The sales experience through the internet department at Ocean Honda in Santa Cruz, CA was great. Only negative was that the finance guy tried to sell me the extended warranty at a 'fleet' price of 2250, but he didn't push it too hard. I guess he has to try to make money somewhere. I'll get one online if I want it for 1/3 of the price.

Thank you to everyone posting on the forum for your help.

Dude! You got a great deal on that car! Anthing under 23K for an EX AWD is a really good deal. I lied last weekend to the first dealer I went to and told him another dealer quoted me a price of $22,800. He told me to let him know if I got that deal and HE would go there and buy 10 of them!

Has anyone had any issues with the center console where they might spill something and get into the CD changer? I'm in the market to get this SUV but didn't like the fact that they have the CD changer right next to the cup holders. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

That is the perfect color combination for the CRV at least to us. It may has something to do with either AWD or SUV n general, I did find the car more noisier than usual in highway speed. I would recommend to make sure to include highway driving, during the test drive. Otherwise this car is perfect in everyway. I am intend to set up bluetooth in the car.

How can you set up bluetooth?

So we bought a silver 2008 EX AWD for $24,800 OTD with wheel locks from San Leandro Honda. They beat other honda dealership prices. The sevice was great as easy. Hassle free. It took about 1.5-2 hours to wrap everything up from test drive to delivery. We even had free cappucinos and french vanilla coffee from the vending machine while waiting for our CRV! It might have been in the end of the month so maybe thats why they offered that price. Selling by volume.
