Is this the normal for the NJ dealers for a 2008 EX-L AWD no Nav, to charge around $26000 price? I was hoping this would be around $24K or so - something below invoice. Or is that too much to ask for !

Have been reading this forum for a few weeks and everyone's comments and shared experience were extremely valuable when making my purchase. Just got a 2008 CR-V EX AWD, Silver on Black this past weekend. Price paid was 22,600, not including tax and registration. I am satisfied with deal. I could have shopped all over and tried to squeeze a couple more dollars, but it seemed acceptable. Overall we are very happy with the car so far. The sales experience through the internet department at Ocean Honda in Santa Cruz, CA was great. Only negative was that the finance guy tried to sell me the extended warranty at a 'fleet' price of 2250, but he didn't push it too hard. I guess he has to try to make money somewhere. I'll get one online if I want it for 1/3 of the price. Thank you to everyone posting on the forum for your help. |

| Has anyone had any issues with the center console where they might spill something and get into the CD changer? I'm in the market to get this SUV but didn't like the fact that they have the CD changer right next to the cup holders. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. | |
