Hi harmonychic,

I paid 22k+200 (documnetation fee) on CRV EX 2WD with cloth interior. So if u are getting for $22386 then it seems to be good price in houston. I purchased my car from Fenton Honda at Ardmore, OK. This city is 100 miles from Dallas. So you can decide now.

thanks

Ok guys.. just wanted to update you on my experience. I finally bought one in TN. got it for 19800 + Tax + title .totalling to approx 21,400 .The dealer threw in the splash guard and the rugged All season CR-V mat for free- Real nice ones compared to the standard carpet

Consider getting the Honda CR-V all-season rubber mats (or equivalent such as the ones from WeatherTech) which will go a long way in keeping your interior cleaned. I actually bought the Honda all-season mats for the CR-V and rather than removing the carpet mats, I just put them right on top. No movements (since the rubber mats have spiked tips at the bottom) or interferences with the pedal.

Re: Insurance

It's also a good idea to get "Gap Insurance Coverage" if it is available in your area.

This will provide additional protection in the event that your vehicle is stolen or totalled and you owe more on the vehicle than the book value at the time of loss.
Given the initial rapid depreciation on the value of new vehicles, it's something to consider.

Hi gang, I got a CPO 2005 CR-V ES Leather heated seats, 40,000 miles for $19,000 today (New Jersey). This is my first honda and I wanted to make sure I got a decent deal. Have any of you guys bouth a CPO recently, how much did you pay? I want to make sure I got a decent deal. I research Autotrader and even ebay and the price for a 2005 CPO ES with leather was around 22k and 19K. They also gave me 3,500 for my truck which was almost dying (retail price was somewhat in the low 2K, they gave me 3,500).

Thanks in advance for your input.

It looks good to me. You got several hundred bucks lower than invoice.

I'm searching CRV too, what is this dealer? Can you share this info? Thanks and good luck!
