You want to know why the MPG changed? It's because of the new EPA standards! "OLD MAN" I never said i got a bad deal, so what makes you think you got a better deal? And what makes you so sure the 08 i not a hot model? Over in Indy at least 2 of the dealerships i contacted already sold the color tha i wanted You do not own an 08 and You are not even an official Honda analyst, therefore, don't whine about the 08 being not HOT at all.

i just have to agree with you on this.... people are just being unreasonable with Honda here. "08 is not a hot vehicle"... then why do you even consider the 08. WHAT IRONY

i do not want to know why the MPG changed, and I never said I got a better deal. i told you more than three times we are from diffrent staes. You accused me talked the wrong vehicle for the price paid and I think I should explain, in order not to misleading other readers. To discuss anything other than price paid is a waste of space in this forum.

FYI~

Joyce Honda in Denville, NJ is offering the 2008 HONDA CR-V EX-L AWD w/NAV for $27,533 (internet quote).

I not sure how close you are to this dealer, but I wanted to offer the information.

Thanks, Trin

We also noticed the change in the MPG info. Is it because of the new MPG sticker? It's their "out" since not many drivers are getting what they were promised. Just a thought.
We are getting the '08 CRV EX-L 2 WD. We are in so. Cal area, and my husband and I are just deciding on the options we'd like.

2008 CR-V LX by afb1305

I have an internet offer for a 2008 CR-V LX with fwd, totally base in Glacier Blue Metallic with a black interior. The offer is for $20,667. The internet salesperson says that at this price, he's making a $600 profit and that's as low as he can go. I'm trying to get him to $19,995, the MSRP for a Nissan Rogue which is what I originally wanted to get. Do you think I'm being unrealistic? Should I take the deal?

I am in So. California also. As far as I can find no one has the 2008 EX-L. Is there someone who has them in stock.

Do floor mats come with the '08 EX-L? by nabors

Are the floor mats included in the purchase price or are they an additional accessory?

Additionally, what exactly comes with the basic "Protection Package?" I believe it's wheel locks, mud guards (what exactly are mud guards anyway?) and rear cargo tray - is that correct?

For this package, what is the retail cost and what is a more realistic negotiated price for it?

i think it is a reasonable price since you offered 200 over invoice. but that depends on the area, and the most important thing is the dealer has the model in stock.
