I wish I could give you an answer. I can tell you that I put $500 down on December 19 for an EX-L in red in Fort Myers. I am told that they are looking for one every day but without any luck. Arctic Blue seems to be the most available color in SW FL, I could have gotten one of those immediately at the two local dealers. OTD price I was given with all the extras I want (no NAV) is $28,859. Good Luck.

I was offered $26,800 by David Michael Honda in freehold, NJ, Silver with NAV and 4WD. I didn't have any extra's so not sure how much your's are but $26,800 is doable for sure without any extra's. Not sure if they still have the car or even where you are located..but just find all dealers that have the car by you and do all negotiating over the phone and buy from the cheapest.......don't trust that they will get you the car...as I hear no one is trading them...go to the place that has it and buy it from there.
Good Luck..

Today's Wall Street Journal shows that the CRV spent an average of only 12 days on the lot in January. This made it the fastest selling-car in the country last month. (The average selling price - $24,706.) No wonder we're seeing the prices and wait times we're seeing.

WOW! Thats is both impressive AND sad. I suppose I may not get the car I want and the price I want - might be better off keeping my little convertible after all.....

Don't be discouraged. There are still good prices to be had, especially if you appeal to a sales person's sense of ethics. I got a relatively good price by saying something to the effect of, "With the dealer holdback, I know you're paying $23857 (EXL). $1000 in profit seems fair. Would you take $24857?"
As soon as I said this, the price came down to $24837 from $26595. There are reasonable people out there.

I want to buy the 2007 EX 2WD CR-V vehicle. My research with this model shows that it is only available in Beige color. I am interested in buying White/Red/Blue color for this particular model.
Appreciate your inputs if you have found this model is White/Red/Blue color with the dealers.

others who say they have a few on the lot and are willing to take as high as $1400 off MSRP (this was in the worst town)
bigpapi, would you mind sharing what dealers in Boston area were offering the best prices on CRVs? (Altho I should be able to do a search of Honda dealers near Boston & figure out which dealers are in the "worst towns"). Makes sense, maybe the "worst towns" have fewer yuppies trying to get the hottest new SUV/family hauler.....

From my experience, there are very few CR-V 2WD EX models. I went to every. single. dealership in the St. Louis area and nobody had one and they weren't expecting any in (I know...I know...total b.s.)
I went to four dealerships. I'll summarize what I saw by model.
LX
Green (loads of these, every dealership had at least one)
EX
Silver (a couple)
EX-L
Red (1)
Light Blue (several)
Dark Blue (1)
White (1)
Black (2)
I haven't seen the beige color (at all). If you wanted a green color, I would say come to St. Louis.

Where in Japan

We are patiently waiting for our 07 EX to get here. It was supposedly built today, in Japan. My questions are: Where is the plant located in Japan. Also, I am in North Carolina; where are Honda's ports of entry? They say that the CR-V should be at the dealership by mid-March. Thanks in advance!
