That includes Destination. No fees we paid except tax and tags, which I paid outside of the financing. I went in with my financing in hand and having negotiated the purchase price ahead of time via email and 2 phone calls. i am looking for a 2006 CRV 2WD. i received a quote for $21,500 which i refused. i believe i can get a better deal than $500 plus invoice price. any idea what is the current bottom line price for this car? Replying to: minyiz (Jul 10, 2006 12:13 pm) If you will read the few previous messages, you will see that the LX 4WD might be found for as low as $19,375 (including delivery, but not including tax title license), and that someone just bought an 2WD for $19,000, and someone in Alabama just posted their deal. I suggest you try the TMV price quote service that edmunds offers and get 3 or 4 prices. Does the 2WD come in LX and EX, not sure.

Replying to: bullfrog34 (Jul 10, 2006 11:20 am) I paid $100 less than that for the same exact SE on June 3rd in Fort Lauderdale. You can likely do a tiny bit better but are bumping up on adequate supply issues I'd suspect. You might well get one for 22,900 but not in the color you want.   Mine had the dealer's wax, pinstripe and color matched door edge guards in the deal.

I didn't realize pinstripes are an option until I read some other posts, and I never even looked at the dealer's window sticker 'cuz I had a firm price before even setting foot on the premises. BTW, I had a quote for $100 less (i.e. $18,900) for a 2WD LX (I don't know if it would've had mud guards and pinstripes) from a dealer about an hour away in West Chester, PA. I decided to spend $100 more to buy from a dealer only a couple of miles away. If nothing else, it probably would've cost $20 in gas just to drive my gas-hog Chrysler minivan to West Chester.

I don't know how shipping costs will figure in, but I'm going to use them for a few items for my new Pilot.   As an example, your CRV running boards are $346.80. They install with a socket wrench and a combination wrench. You don't have to cut into the car or anything. Why pay a dealer $200 to do 20 minutes' work?   http://www.handaaccessories.com/

Replying to: bullfrog34 (Jul 10, 2006 11:20 am) You should be able to get this for about $1000 less than this if not more. I paid about 22600 in feb. Now with 750 cash back I would hazard a guess around 22,100 is bottom line. Just maybe not in your area.
