Congratulations to you! I am in the Seattle area, and for the CRV-SE, I get quotes of around $24,200. Including the Roof racks and wheel locks, it looks like you paid below invoice. Anyone in and around this area getting similar prices? iceback, how did you manage this, any tips?

Thanks.

I am in Seattle and bought an 05 EX auto for 22685 plus tax and license late last year. At the time, seems that local prices were about $500 over invoice. The local market here is much less price competitive than in CA (meaning that they don't get into price wars in the newspaper ads like they do in CA). You may very well work twice as hard to get a good deal, but not match what is "common" in CA. That said, it seems the local supply of CRVs is plentiful, so you may be able to do better than I did. Maybe "isellhondas" will chime in on current market conditions in Bellevue.

Hi, I just purchased my 05 CRV EX at Holmes Honda in Shreveport. Same price others have posted here from the same dealer $21,083. That price included the custom floor mat set, the protection package (mud guards, cargo tray, wheel locks), plus pin striping. Overall I was pleased with the buying experience and highly recommend this dealership.

Dealer processing fee is a junk fee. I live in the DC area, never paid one, never will.

Rob18,

If you live near DC, try Sport Honda (internet sales dept only). It's in Silverspring MD.First rate in costumer service.

My 2 co-workers got their Pilots $800 under invoice, one got a CRV limited edition for 200 over invoice. However those prices were 2 months ago, but still its worth checking it out.

Hope this helps,

Fair CR-V price in Minnesota by hawkeye2

I am wondering what a fair asking price would be in Minnesota? We haven't decided between the LX and the EX...

Here in Boston the FWD LX is going pretty much for straight invoice...we paid about 19,000 even in December for one.

Others posting here since seem to be suggesting there may be a discount below invoice, so it's worth trying.

Unfortunately, after a small war --including cancellation of the deal at one point-- we surrendered and paid a dealer processing fee on top of that. But I didn't like it one bit.

Try using the Edmunds TMV calculator. It allows you to enter a specific ZIP code and adjusts prices accordingly.

Hi,
Just bought a used 2002 CR-V EX 4x4 Automatic for $16,991 + TT&L at Brown & Brown Chevrolet in Mesa, AZ. The vehicle has only 11,300 miles on it. It's virtually brand new. Total price came to about $19,250 with TT&L. I think I got a great deal.
