Vehicle price: 24010 (this includes dealer added accessories that they quoted $1600).Int/Ext protection: 299
Sale Price: 24010+299=24309 (invoice price is 24115 I guess, $194 below invoice)
ST: 1519.
Taxes: 1519 (6.5%)
other taxes and fees: 356
Total: 26184 OTD

pay a bit more and get 2013..the difference is minimal however 2012 is already a year old now

Do you mind sharing how you managed to negotiate $1,000+ below invoice on 2013 EX-L AWD? What were other fees (doc, etc)? I live in DC, but for $1,000+ below invoice it may make sense to come and pick it up in Boston...
I am interested in 2013 EX-L AWD w/Nav...

The Honda care warranty price is a good price. Was it D80? Did you buy it from the same dealer. I got quote of 1235 for the same 8 year/100000 mile 0 deductible warranty.
