Figure $600-$800 for that... Swope only charged $424(including $42 the M1 0W-40 I provided). That price also included a brake fluid flush and repairing curb rash on the LF wheel. Oil service at 75K? $125, most likely... It could be less than $100- and under $55 if you spend 0.5 hours doing it yourself. Inspection I at 90K? Another $300... It could be under $250, depending on the car. I still think I'd self-insure rather than fork over $1500. If i go to the dealer in downtown chicago, i will be out over well over a grand for an inspection 2, and frankly, i don't think much of their service department. I brought in my car for a few small issues once and they found nothing but wanted to charge me for an unneeded radiator flush. I have had good experience with albuquerque BMW way back when, and with roanoke BMW--the latter seems to be a really great outfit. So seeing as the service package is fixed price, it's probably a good deal if the dealer you will be using is expensive.

Anyone bought/buying a car this month? Looks like the 1.9% was just a wild rumor, haven't seen anything official yet. What about incentives, is the 1200 auto tran still around? There is a pull ahead program for '05 and '06 lessees, where they will waive up to three payments... and special lease deals, as well as .9% and 1.9% financing... Unfortunately, no details in the e-mail on which models and for how long the financing is good for...
