2006 330i Lease by sprinkler13

So here is what I was just quoted on a 2006 330i w/ Automatic, Sport, Premium, Navigation, Heated Seats, and Satellite prep.

Cap cost 42165
MSRP 44945
Residual 63%
Drive off 2000 total (1st payment, cap reduction of 368, tax 85.64, Registration 345.75, and "other" fees at 670)
36 months (not sure the mileage, but I asked for 15k/yr, so that's what I'm assuming)
Total payment per month is $530.62 (incl. tax)

He didn't give the MF, but with these numbers I get .00165 Is this where it should be for an 06 330i?

This is just the initial quote, so I think I can get the cap cost lower or maybe have them throw in the satellite radio and convenience package or something. But do the MF and Residual look right for this term of a lease? Also, does anyone know if the Xenon's can be added or do they have to come installed from the factory? Thank you for any help.

For an 06, see if you can push them down to 500.00 bucks a month. 530 is still high in my opinion.

Yeah...I figure that I can probably get them to go right around invoice, and no cap cost money down. My big question is if those are the correct MF and residual numbers. Wondering if there is any wiggle room there. Especially since this is the end of the year and I'm sure they don't want any 06's left in 07. Thanks.

I am about to enter into this deal on a 2007 328i, nav, premium, sirius, xenons. $2,000 down, which includes first months payment, and $547 a month for 27 months. Is this a decent deal? Thank you for all your help.

mspeigs...do you have any other info on the lease? Do you know what they are selling you the car for and what the MSRP is? Do you know what the residual and money factor are? Does your $547 monthly payment include tax? Is the car auto or manual?

I received a quote for a 2007 328i w/ auto, sport, navigation, and premium for $555/month (including tax) and only 1600 down for 1st payment, registration, and fees.

its at $499 per month for 36 months at 10,000 a year, with $3,499 Cash due at signing

1. Can the lease deal go any lower with this same car, or are the internet-advertised offers the lowest they go?

2. How much should I expect to pay per month if I ask for zero down?

3. How much more should I pay per month if I ask for 15,000mi a year?

Thanks for all your help

1) Most advertised lease deals leave some room for a lower price... You might have to shop around to get the price down.

2) Assuming you only make the 1st payment upfront, add about $85/mo.

3) 15K/yr vs. 10K/yr. lowers the residual by 3%. On a $45K MSRP car, that will add about $37/mo. to the payment.

For terms up to 36 months, the MF is .00125 for the RWD model.

Ok, i just ordered a 335i. I'll be euro-delivering it, and leasing. The 335i came with most of what i wanted ( moonroof, xenons, logic 7, etc ) so i just added "cold weather" and montego blue. Streets are so bad around here i decided to eschew "sport." Plus the sport seats are a bit tight for me.

US MSRP on the car was a little over $40.5K and euro invoice was a 34.4K. My deal was for $900 over euro invoice. Rolled 6.5% illinois taxes into the lease, which is an unfortunate necessity here, made 6 extra security deposits ( i get those back ) and my zero-down lease figure came to $423/mo. Not a bad figure for such a wonderful car. It might be under 400 in a state with more reasonable taxation, such as new mexico, where i moved from... Oh well.

I could have probably shaved it down a bit, but i determined what i thought was a "fair" deal and smiled and made nice and they took it. I didn't want to spend a lot of time grinding, and my salesman wants to buy a 335i of his own.
