I think 37200 including everything will be a good deal.
The extra fees are ways the dealers try to make up for the low price they offer you. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS MAKE A DEAL THAT INCLUDES EVERYTHING!

Coz what you see is the "$37245" figure. The additional $233 makes it $37500. So you are $500 off your price and its a straight profit to the dealer (in addition to what he is already making).

I would say, if the dealer is good, 37200 should be a decent price.
If he is not coming down, ask him for free mats, polo shirt, chrome keychain etc.

If he not even ready for that, show him the middle finger!

The range : 37000 - 37500
average dealer - extra ordinary dealer
check out the reviews on the service the dealer provides.
Make them workfor their money

Gotrojan,

Thanks for all the help. I just sealed the deal. btw, the dealer said the car comes with carpeted floor mats (standard), is that the case? I see them for sale on the web site. or are you refering to the all weather rubber mats?

Deal sealed at $37374. Dealer is well known. Should the deal have come with a jar of vaseline or did I do ok? I was trying for an even $37000 but in NY/NJ I felt it was hard to get to this number. 6-8 week delivery.

Looking for advise on a lease by wrmpsi

I am in the market for a 330ci (comvertable).
Dealer quoted me 50,800;
Titan silver, performance pkg, cold weather, BMW assist, auto trans, Xenon,
Base price $44900 +options+695 shpg.
Lease 39 mo, 12k/yr, 1270 at signing, 734+tax/mo

I asked what the money factor was = .00290, and a 61% residual. I thought that the resis was low and the monthly payment too high.
Any help would be appreciated.

money factor is definitely marked up for a 6 year old body style......residual sounds right as bmw has one of the highest residuals in the market. you could do much better
