what were your options? I am in CT but would drive anywhere to save 7K.
I want a 330ix with nav, premium package, cold weather, sat radio and
keyless entry. Finding sales people stiff on prices locally. thanks

1) The residual for 12K/year lowers the residual by 1%.. at your MSRP level, that is about $13/mo. more... If you want 15K/yr, lower the residual by 3% and add around $40/mo to the 10K/yr. payment...

2) I thought that selling price was a pretty good discount also... although, I didn't check the lease numbers..

Yes, that's the final price. I ordered it at Fairfax BMW in Fairfax, VA. If you plan on stopping by....I can give you my salesperson's name too.

First, of all it was an '05 and there was a 4000 rebate at the time. List was 43,795. Car had premium and cold weather packages, pre wired for Sirius, auto transmission, xenons, BMW Assist leather seats etc. The rebate is not available on '06s. The message I responded to had the same dealer discounting an '06 by only $1000. My feeling is he should be able to get $2-2,500 off without much problem and this dealership will negotiate extended maintenance and warranty at the time of sale. I got the extended maintenance at 1/3 off. Didn't get the warranty and now that I have the car they won't discount the warranty price.

I have been test driving cars for the last two weeks and I have made my decision. Here is what I decided on. By the way the Lexus IS350 was nice but just doesn’t compare to the BMW

2006 330i Sedan 36,600
Destination Charge 695
Sparkling Graphic Paint 475
Black Dakota Leather
Burl Walnut Wood Trim Included
Premium Package 2,200
Sport Package 1,600
Heated Front Seats 500
On Board Nav w/ IDrive 2,000
Comfort Access 500
Satellite Radio 595

Total MSRP 45,165

I am looking for a 3 Year Lease (12,000/yr) with zero down. What sort of pricing should I pay for this vehicle and/or what have others paid? Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone has the residual and money factors on this vehicle that info would be great to know also. I live in Michigan so tax would be 6%.

Advice on 2006 330xi please by david22

I am looking at a 2006 330i or 2006 330xi...the xi is only 1300 more. Do you think the xi will handle as good as the 330i? I noticed the xi weight distribution is different and it has steel sub frame etc...I like the idea of AWD but will it out handle, match, or be inferior to the regular 330i? I am getting 18" and Sport Pkg on both. Other question, is 3,000 off MSRP for either ok? I can get the xi for 41,250 with:

Prem Pkg
Cold Wthr Pkg
18" Upgrade
Power Rear Shade
Sport Pkg
Sat Prep

Thanks for any help...

Thanks 8sperstar8. I found the same pics after some hunting. They're of the new M3, but if the coupe looks basically the same, then it should be nice. I found some other M3 pics from www.autobild.de and they are REAL nice.

The pics are down to the right.
