My wife and I are looking at a 2006 330i with Sport, Premium, Heated seats. Sticker price is $41770. However, it is a dealer demo with 1540 miles, but pristine and only driven by the manger and some customers on test drive. They are giving us a price of $38,500. Should we commit? I will receive the full warranty starting from date we sign/it is considered new. Any potential issues? Also, we are going to lease and then purchase at end of the lease is a money factor of .00025 good? That corresponds to an APR of 6%. Is a MF of .00021-23 possible or feasible or even reasonable? Should we demand lower Thanks for the help!

I had a dealership in the DC area offer a 325i with automatic as only option for 30k even. He then said he would do it for 500 over invoice. The car listed for 32,270.00. Good deal? |

You may want to knock down another $500 and make it even as well as asking him to throw in the tire/rim insurance which I consider essential now with the Run Flat tires on all the 06 3 series. The tire costs a minimum of $250 a pop if you get a puncture! BMW states no repair for any punctured tires. So even if you can't get him to throw in free, you may want to consider buying it. It costs between $400 to $500 depending on the dealer. It covers for five years on both tires and rims for five years. |

Replying to: poetkjusts (Aug 26, 2005 3:52 am) - Cold Weather - Premium Package - Metallic Paint - Navigation - Comfort Access - Auto Transmission The price they gave me is $39,360.00 plus TTL. Total OTD price: $40,080.00. This seemed to be WAY below MSRP, I was also told the vehicle would be ready for delivery in late October. With what I read in your post the production will be swamped in September. Has anyone else been quoted a similar price and/or delivery date for the xi?? |
