I bought a 05 330xi listing at 43,795 and containing premium package, cold package, xenons, BMW assist, steptronic and metallic paint for $36,950. I bought the extended maintenance from 50,000-100,000 miles for $650 which I understand to be about a $335 discount. Floor mats thrown in. Traded a TSX 04 with 29,000 miles for $20,100 (middle of three dealers offers for the TSX). Dealer was Faulkner BMW in Lancaster. The entire negotiation took 40 minutes. I also shopped Sun Motor in Mechanicsburg; their price was several hundred more, trade in offer $100 less and they quoted the extended maintenance as listing at $1395 which is don't think is accurate. I think is is $985. The Sun Motor price was still quite competitive from what I have seen on these boards but I felt far more comfortable with Faulkner.

Thanks everyone for your posts- they have been helpful in getting me some idea of what I should be paying. I am about to lease a 2005 BMW330cic for 36 months with the following specs: Jet Black (non-metallic) Automatic Transmission Heated Seats Xenon Headlights Sport Package The MSRP on this vehicle is $48,675 The dealer is charging me $46,875 He is asking for $2,298 down (this is supposed to be $0 down but that includes first payment, bank fee and registration fees as far as I know) and the monthly payment would be $607 (including NY state tax). This sounds like a real good deal to me but I'm not sure- the dealer I bought my current vehicle from quoted me at $693 which seems outrageous by comparison. Does anyone have any thoughts? thanks! |

Replying to: rr1234 (Mar 23, 2005 4:28 pm) The $2298 looks correct.. $607 1st payment $650 security deposit $900 acquisition fee Which leaves a little left over for registration fees. If it is a 12K/yr lease, that would be a payment of about $567 + tax.. Without the breakdown of the upfront money, and knowing exactly what term/mileage you have, it is hard to give you an exact number, but your lease deal looks pretty good... I'd wrap it up before April 1st... I can't tell the future, but last year the convertible lease deals got worse in April.. regards, kyfdx

Hello all. Doing a little research for my neighbor (just ordered 545ia on Sat. for myself through Euro. Delv.) and I've got the MF's and residuals for March 3 Series but I'm seeing reference on other postings of "incentives." Is there actual manufacturer money back on any models? I've checked the incentive section of New Cars and I'm not seing it but sometimes, its not the most up to date. Any info?? thanks
