Carman,

I had the same thing happen and my question is this: is there a difference between the residual or money factor between the '12 and '13? And any additional discounts?

BTW, for the above question, the '12 and '13 sedans are pretty much the same.

Sounds like its a 2013 335i.? I just purchased a 2013 335i 4 door last Thursday. I checked the rebates and found if you BMW finance a minimum of $7,500 you receive a $750 credit. Found out you only need to make 3 payments than can pay off without a penalty or loosing the 750.00 credit. I also received 1,000.00 credit due to the new loyalty program that came out last Monday for previous BMW owners. I also received a 1.000 credit for becoming a member of USAA auto insurance. Dont need to buy the insurance just sign up to be a free member. I will probably check there rates and if a substantial savings will switch to USAA as my show of loyalty. Bottom line i received $2,750 in credits off my best negoated price. the discounts do not come off the dealers profit.

Is there any current lease deals for 328i x-drive with premium and navigation.... or just premium. I was looking at 24 month/36 month sign and drive with no down payment. 12,000 miles a year. Any help is appreciated.

#11790 of 11958 2013 328i sedan lease question by jaty

Hello, I am new to car leasing. I found the following from a local dealer's website (So Cal). I wonder if it is a good deal?

2013 328i Sedan

•$298* per month (plus tax)
•36 month lease
•10,000 miles per year
•$500 down payment

Comparing to BMWUSA, monthly payment is $339 and $2750 down (including holiday credit and loyalty cash). 10k miles/year is sufficient for me. I emailed dealer for MSRP/selling price/money factor/residual value. But dealer did not reply. Just based on the low down payment and monthly payment, is it a good deal assuming it is a base model?

Yes, base model , which dealer is this from? Locally the dealers have 2013 328i $279/m + tax 39 months, 10K/yr however, it is 3K down + tax and Lic... So not too sure if your is really $500 down..

Not sure if it is allowed to post dealer's link. I can PM you if you want.

In fact I just found another lease deal from the same dealer:

2013 X3 xDrive28i for $298* a month (plus tax)
•$298* a month plus tax (holiday credit and loyalty cash included)
•36 Month Lease
•10,000 miles per year
•$3,000 down

Not sure what the gimmicks are behind the deal. I would think even with a base X3 model and $3k down, $298/month plus tax is a good deal? Based on previous experience with this dealer, they often quoted wrong price just to get us call them. I am not sure if this time they will honor the deal, or what shall I ask for to find out what exactly the true picture is?

As a general question, I wonder if there is any price difference in the finally selling price between lease and purchase? Let's say I see folks on this forum purchased the same model in similar location for X dollors before TTL, shall I target the same selling price for my lease negotiation?

tell them to email you the price you have discussed. If they refuse to they are playing with you. If they do then you got the deal!
