Jim Sim Fryson Motors in Ashland, KY will sell me the car for $28.4 with cargo cover, rear mud guards, pin stripe and all other fees. He does not have the Sandstone so he will need to do a dealer trade. I think the deal with pilotexl was for a limited time because they did not give him a deposit. they could not make up there minds. If I give a deposit this am the deal is solid.Just need to wait while he finds the car. Any advice is much appreciated.

jim from honda. does your dealership transport pilots back to new york. if they do email me with your name and number and exactly how much over invoice and what your charge is to ship to staten island new york. if you could beat the prices in ohio i will pass your info to 3 of my closest friends who want to buy a pilot. your price must beat 750 over invoice and 450 to ship to new york. no doc fee's no other charges. sold done deal. thanks brian

If you can get $28.4k and no junk or doc fees that is an awesome price. However, it is not clear from your post if "all other fees" are over top of this quote. I would only place refundable deposits just to keep things honest. I chose the option to pay the remainder at delivery also to keep things honest. Be aware of the low price for the car but thousands in extra padding for worthless options (cargo cover + flaps can be had under $130 elsewhere and pinstriping is a $10 option). Check with an accessory site to get the feel for cost of parts (read the install instructions to get a feel for labour costs).

If this is an honest offer, you have done great.

Car was $28,000,mud flaps $110 installed,cargo cover $140 installed,pin stripe $80 installed, junk doc fees $120...this equals the $28.4.
However, they just faxed me the purchase order to sign and forgot to list the installed options on the contract! Also, had EX model marked not EXL
model! I did not sign the contract and I went to call them about it and they were already closed for the day. Hopefully can resolve this tomorrow. I will keep everyone posted to tell if deal is valid or fishy????

Accessories Pricing and padding by atalalay

hondacuraworld.com currently sells flaps for $28 (installation is 3 screws a side) and the cover for $102.70 (installation is also very doable)with shipping included. BTW they also have running boards on sale for $385.00...

Basically, you could simply tell them to keep the accessories and buy them on your own because they are overly padded... I see your price as $28.27k which is VERY HOT for EX-L but only luke warm for an EX. My $0.02...

Allow me to clarify our operating hours here at Sim Fryson Motor Co. Due to the strong religious convictions of our president Mr. Fryson we observe his sabbath day, and being a Seventh Day Adventist, is Saturday. And givin his respect for all other denominations he remains closed on our day of worship. Not many dealers would put their faith above the bottom line, and I am proud to be associated with such a company.

Should be enjoying your vacation and the new home.Jim have Robert call me FIRST THING MONDAY AM to get the contract right.Your quote was for a EXL correct?
Did you notice that BRIAN125 from NYC wants to buy three from you if our deal stays good.Maybe you should throw the options in as free because of the business I am drumming up for you.Have a great vacation.
