I got a quote for $26834.00 from a local Honda dealer with huge selection to choose from. It looks like the price is better than the one I got two weeks ago for $27.3K, $27.5K or higher from other dealers. Isn't it the year end sales event? Is this a good deal? How much do I expect to pay more for a running board installed? It sounds like a $500 accessory option. Thanks!

We decided to buy the Pilot EX-L w/Nav. We bought in Minneapolis and paid the following Price: $32,107 (destination included so about $400 under factory invoice) Title and License costs: $542 Taxes: $1800 (tax on amount after our trade) We only have 3-4 Honda dealers here in town that sell the Pilot. All were pretty close to the same price and offered similar values for our trade in. We chose to purchase from Luther Hopkins Honda based on the service we received (the salesperson was very up front about everything) and they had our first choice of color. Sounds like some people are getting slightly better deals elsewhere in the country but I'm pretty sure this is the best we could get in this area. |

Does anyone know if the info on edmunds is correct? I havent seen anyone post about the supposed 2500 mfg to dealer support as is shown on the edmunds site. Here is a link: http://www.edmunds.com/new/2006/honda/pilot/100645216/incentives.html?vdp=off&se- tzip=08691&state=NJ i purchased 2 car packages that are supposed to list any incentives and they listed none, yet this info is on edmunds for free, though i do see some outdated stuff there from time to time, but it DOES say that the support ends at the end of the month. I suppose that could be why many here are getting deals for $1000+ under invoice. Let me know if this is real as I am trying to close a deal. Thanks

| The best I have been able to manage is $25K + TTL for the Pilot LX 4WD ($1172 below invoice). I am seeing these great prices of about 2k - 3K below invoice in this forum but most of the dealers I have talked to, were not willing to even come close. I have offered 24K for the same car but they wouldnt bite. Any reference of dealerships in the NY/NJ/CT/MA area where I can get a good deal? | |
