After reading several postings, I decided to call the Honda headquarters and asked about a $3000 manufacturer to dealer rebate for 07 Pilots. There are no current rebates for the 07 Pilots. This $3000 rebates, people were mentioning, were offered this past summer for the 06 Pilots only. The 07 Pilots had the 4.9% APR financing. Rebates possibly in the summer of 2007 when the newly design 2008 Pilots debut. Another posting which I read that seem to be questionable is by guestguest who claims he was offered a 2007 Pilot EXL with Navi for $31500 destination included in the Boston area? Where is this place? Show me where.... First of all, according to the Consumer Reports Bottom Line Price Report, which I purchased for $14, this model with Navi has a dealer invoice of $32507, destination charge included in price, and subtracting dealer holdbacks of $1063, the bottom price is $31444 with dest. charge included. No dealers in any showroom would let you leave a making a mere $56 profit on you. Even if you work at the showroom they won't give you this price. If what you claim is true, please tell the mass public where is this dealer in Boston? We would appreciate that. I purchased my 2007 Pilot EXL 4WD with Navi in the Nimbus Gray Metallic a month ago for $32307, destination charge incl, which is $200 under dealer invoice, at Bronx Honda in NYC. I made my purchased through the internet sales manager. I hope this info helps...

Replying to: guestguest (Nov 22, 2006 11:11 am) I will spread the word to my friends here in NYC to buy a Pilot up in Natic, MA. Thanks. By the way, what is this $300 documentary fee? We don't have this ambiguous fee here in NY. We just add taxes and motor vehicle fees. Motor vehicle fees, if that's what it is, can't be $300?

I got a quote of 29,900 someodd dollars. Another 399 for remote starter. I traded in my 94 lexus ls 400 with a busted power steering pump for 2500. Does the 29,9xx sound like it is in line with what boston area buyers are paying right now? And document fees and such, I haven't hit this yet but what should i be paying for after the deal that is legit or reasonable? I heard at the end of any other person's deal about this 300 dollar doc fee... I wanted to question this practice. And lastly i was thinking for the Extended warrenty I didn't get a price on it but should i pass? Thanks you for any advice Mike

These prices advertised at different dealers (first time I have seen any ads for Pilots here so they might be getting overstocked): LX 4WD $23,988 EX 2WD $27,940
