MSRP (incl dest) $32665 Dealer #1 (single price store) $29999 on January 3, $28925 on January 9 after the dealer cash was announced. Tax and tags extra, dealer doc fee was $250 or so. Dealer #2 "We don't have any EX, only an EXL with a dead battery in the showroom. I can get you a full line brochure, I don't have any on the Pilot. I could probably get you close to the invoice, give me a call." Dealer #3 worked price down to $27925, including chrome step boards at $742 and VIN Etching in the frame at $279. Dealer Doc Fee of $300 plus tax and tags. Dealer #4 Said that the $27925 was a pretty deep discount, but he didn't have any options on his vehicle, and if I'd buy the in stock Dark Cherry Pearl, he'd match it. $75 doc fee, plus tax and tags. I added on black step boards for $509. Offered me $500 for what was left of my 2003 Kia Sedona EX (120K mi. Needs front brakes and wheel bearings. CD player and sunroof non operational. Mold growing in the rear passenger cargo well (don't ask.) Most of the passenger armrests are missing as well. Or if I bought the $395 paint and interior protection, he'd give me $1000 for the Kia. I suppose I could have tried to get the $1000 without buying the package, but basically he was giving it to me and an extra hundred so why not? So the Kia is in his shop now (since it started raining and the sunroof opened but won't close) and the Pilot is T-tagged in our driveway.

Replying to: thechris (Jan 10, 2009 4:21 pm) He had some other costs built into his contract though, that were factors in me choosing another dealer. |

I was wondering if this was a good deal? This is with the 1500 incentive and that's including TTL. This comes with no RES but with NAVI. Price before TTL is $33,668. Please advise. I am in Orange County CA Thanks |
