They are expected to announce something, if any, later this afternoon or tomorrow. Otherwise, buy a Toyota. It's a buyer's market.

The salesperson I've been working with told me it's $1,500 rebate for EX-L '09 2WD. Not sure what they are for other models.

Galves is a pricing guide the auto dealers use. You can go to Galves.com. These prices are for PRE OWNED/USED Vehicles. It is used for trade-in -values on you vehicle.
This is what MOST DEALERS USE.

Any idea on the interest rate?
My credit union will do 5.75% for 60 months.
I wonder if the Honda 3.9% will still be around. The difference between 3.9 and 5.75 over 60 months is about $1300 in savings. That would suck if I was waiting all this time to save less than $200.

Even if there were 3.9% available this month, I doubt that you could use both incentives and low interest rates at the same time. That's what they usually do, but wait and see..

Got a 09 Pilot Touring 2WD in the Dallas area. Had to buy with a dealer option of protection pack, because I couldnt find any dealer that sells the just the standard vehicle. My price came out to be $32,700 + TTL. I was looking since November but was not able to get at the price I wanted. Finally, Jim McNatt Honda called me and was offering for the price I wanted. Honda's 3.9% APR financing deal is no longer available. Over the course buying, I had visited 4-5 dealers and experienced that most middle aged (45-60yrs) sales managers were very rude. The younger ones were more polite. I did not buy the extended service contract or any of the junk that the finance guy sells.
