| Good evening everyone! I thought I'd let everyone know in the Northern CA area that I have received what feels like a good deal on a Bali Blue/Gray interior Pilot. Originally worked thru Costco Program but found better prices without it. Quoted is $35,220 + tax/license. Picking up on Saturday. | |
| I was reading on the Edmunds site about Gas Mileage. It indicated that the the pilot 2009 2wd averaged 19.3 miles per gallon and that the 4wd averaged 14.4. Honda only advertises a 1 mile per gallon difference between 2 and 4wd. I live in Boston and rarely turn on my 4wd, maybe 1-2 times per year. Does anyone have any information regarding a 5 mile per gallon difference in mileage? | |

Here is the deal I closed in the Cleveland area on a 2009 AWD Pilot Touring without RES for a 36 month lease and 15k miles per year. MSRP $39065 Cap cost $33122 Acquisition fee $595 Gross cap cost $33717 Residual $18355.05 Money factor .0011 Total of $748 out of pocket which included first payment and fees. Monthly payment including tax (7.75%) is $523. I think I got a good deal. |

Panhandle Florida We got quoted $30,000.00 plus taxes, tag, and titling fees- brings to total $32407. Is this a good price? We have a possible trade in but was told don't expect much (4Runner '03 with 108,500 miles) They said to look at Kelly Blue Book. For good shape around $6,000.00 trade-in. We looked at Edmunds it is $9000.00 trade-in. Thoughts anyone? |

Replying to: sncmagee (Jan 02, 2009 8:14 am) So far I have put 300 miles on the pilot and can't complain with the way it drives We have compared the car on the road back to back with the previous generation and I don't regret the decision. To mitigate the lack of RES I installed a 11" jensen overhead DVD with 2 wireless headphones) ... The kids are happy.. the wife is happy..therefore I'm happy

Replying to: sunnyfl1 (Jan 03, 2009 9:09 pm) I'm still considering a few proposals for leasing the 09 EX-L and the dealers are pushing to get it closed by 1/5 which is fine by me. I'm just curious what will change after the 5th. I'll post my proposals tomorrow. |
