Boch Honda in MA has the following:

2009 EX $298/mo + TTL + nothing down based on MSRP of 32,630 36mos at 54% res

In a separate ad they're showing same model with an MSRP of $28,888

seems to me the better deal is the lease or i'm not adding something up correctly....

i'm thinking of pulling the trigger ont he lease with the bet that gas prices will rise in 3yrs and the value of the car will be <54% of today's msrp. it was only a few short months ago that everyone was dumping SUVs... would hate to get caught in the "gas is cheap again" mentalitly bc it's only going to last so long...

After several month reviewing this forum, I think I need to contribute some information. I just purchased a 2009 pilot EXL-2WD today, the final price is $30406 which including destination charge, no doc fee. He also throw me a cargo matt ($175 value) and wheel locker ($125 value). I think that is a good price. I did not negotiate much about the price. Seems they are eager to make a deal, or maybe there is a new factory to dealer rebate. Anyway, I think it is good time to buy before the year end. Good luck to your hunting!!
By the way, I live in MS.

Follow up : I got a quote from Pompano Honda here in the south FL area.
2008 EX-L $32,715 MSRP for $25,421 plus Taxes and tag and NO dealer fee.

I will take the offer to Potamkim Honda (they still have over 12 pilots from 2008 on inventory)

I will post if I can get these guys to go any lower.

Are you sure that was for an EXL and not an LX? Or is it because they are trying to offload a 2008 model?

Hello. This forum is a great place to you feel comfortable about buying a new car. I just bought a 2009 Honda Pilot EX 4wd for 29350 out the door with 3.9 % financing. All fees included. Think the invoice is around 29000 for this car. Do you think this is a good deal? I live in New York.

I think it is good deal. Can you tell little bit more details.what is tax there?5%? what is exactly price for the car?how much down you put? I think you pay 27800 for the car. like I post before. If you got something like the invoice for OTD. That is good deal for now. Congradulations.
