Is that 2wd or 4wd. Even it is just 2wd. it is already 1700 below the invoice. Seems good too me. I am looking for the Ex 4wd now. So far I only get quote for 28,500 , that is just 400 below the invoice. I think if I can get the price to 27,000. I will conside that is good deal. where are you live. Kat2800. Can you tell me which dealer you got this quote? Thanks!

This is the 4WD LX model I was quoted on. I live in MA and the dealer is Commonwealth Honda. The guy I have been working with is great and seems to be reasonable. This is the exact quote from the email I got:
"The List Price on this vehicle would be $29,865.08 and the Invoice is approximately $27,126. Our net cost on this model with all incentives, rebates and coupons would be $23,373. Our best price is the price that beats any other dealership. It's our policy to beat any bona-fide deal by up to $500.00. By deal I mean the best price for my vehicle the most money for your trade and the best terms in financing. So why leave money on the table and as Charlie says, " Shop Us Last..You'll Love Us".
I may actually get to finance rather than lease this!

Are you planning on a lease or to buy? What model?? Mine was the basic LX but no other dealer around has them in stock. Good luck.

I am planning to buy.4wd EX. but if I can get much better deal on LX than EX. I will go for LX.your quote almost 4000 below the invoice. Did you try the boch honda dealer.http://www.boch.com/bochhtml/BochHonda/pages/Default.aspx. Seems someone get good deal on EXL. Ask them to see if they can beat the 23300.

I've leased and bought a number of cars myself and I completely agree with other golic's post, but here is handy calc for you to get some estimates:
http://www.cars.com/go/advice/financing/calc/loanCalc.jsp?mode=full
I just ran numbers on 09 Pilot EXL and it looks like its about $900 more for lease to buy vs buy. Hope this helps.
