2009 pilot EXL .....Boston 2009 Pilot by cdolan59

I was wondering about anyones thoughts about purchasing an EXL 2009 pilot 2WD or 4WD.
The news today 12/22/08, reflects Toyota's first operating loss in 70 years. I cannot imagine things are any different for Honda.Honda seems to be quite arrogant regarding cash back incentives. My understanding is that the new incentives come out on January 5th 2009.

Can I have anyones input regarding trying to get a year end deal or wait for the new incentives? I cannot imagine I would pay more by waiting? I would think Honda is in the same situation as Toyota.

Any comments would be appreciated.

It is recommended to wait. The situation will get worst before it gets better.

I got a quote on a 09 Pilot LX for $23,300. That is the lowest offer I have had yet. Anyone gotten lower or is this a deal to snag?

I received a quote of 32,800 for an EX-L with RES. They are not showing any marketing support - that works out to slightly ~500 below invoice.

Is that 2wd or 4wd. Even it is just 2wd. it is already 1700 below the invoice. Seems good too me. I am looking for the Ex 4wd now. So far I only get quote for 28,500 , that is just 400 below the invoice. I think if I can get the price to 27,000. I will conside that is good deal. where are you live. Kat2800. Can you tell me which dealer you got this quote? Thanks!

Seems the best deal should be the invoice price for OTD. Or I am too greed.
