It seems In addition to 2k dealer cash we all know, Acura is running two stairstep dealer cash programs on MDX so potentially enable dealers to earn up to another $2,500  . depends on VOLUME, most dealers are banking on getting around $1,250. pls refer to car_man msg #1599 of 1599 in the lease discussion. In addition to the VA dealership, I think, in the past few days, there have been reports here from 2 other people who got similar deals in other states. Sounds like the NY/NJ dealerships are in the category of getting nothing extra.

If I dont get MDX TECH for 38 to 38.5k+TTL. I will probably wait for 2010, I am in no hurry. Invoice for 2009 MDX TECH is 41.7k (Max we can squeeze is 3k less from this, but 2009 model is already 1 yr old). 2010 has a lot of changes (I will look to get a deal in feb / march close to 2010 invoice). As far as the 2.9 % APR FOR 60 MTHS, Outside I will be able to get a 4.5%, Any way things are really not flying.
