These monthly payments reflect the 48% residual (nonnegotiable since it is sent by Honda Finance Corp) and a money factor of 0.001780. Honda is not currently offering enticing lease incentives on the MDX other than the base model. The $499 base model lease offer benefits from a $2,605 cap cost reduction offered by Honda. |

I'm still trying to find an 08, but stock is getting real low, I got a laughable quote for an 08 Sport w/PTG at 42k!?!, I told the idiot dealer I could get an 09 for 1k cheaper... I guess some dealers are still in lala land. |

I am searching for the lowest price and those you quoted in CA are the lowest I've seen. Houston/Beaumont TX are still saying $44K+ on 09' tech and ent packages. Buying this weekend and need some great info. Thanks. What do you think is a fair offer? Of course, in least benifit of the dealer. Appreciate the insight!
