I posted this over in the lease side but have not gotten much reponse. I am looking for a quick upcheck form someone that knows leases. Thanks, steve   All, How does this sound? 08 MDX Tech w/ no options in SOCAL      A 36 month Lease with 12k miles a year. Total down would be $997.49. first months payment and fees MSRP= $44,410 Total Cap cost $40,152 Residual value 57% = $25,313.70 MF= .00214 Govt fees= $334.75 Taxes = $1593.97 Doc (dealer) Fee = $45.00    Thanks in advance. I emailed Los Gatos Acura and asked them if they would match the price (their quote was higher). I really wanted to do business there since it's closer to home and told them that too. She (Internet Mgr) worked with her manager and matched the price. I was really happy. The only things we paid extra for was Gap Insurance and a inside/outside protection package (I have kids, backpacks, they have gotten sick in the car....).
