Best prices (so far) ... Chevy Chase Acura at $37,499 (includes free oil changes and tire rotations for 7 years). Also, Criswell Acura (Annapolis) came in at $37,199 (they're a bit further away from where we live). MD only charges around $100 for processing whereas VA hammers you for $299 (just keep this in mind when shopping for best prices). Pohanka (Chantilly, VA) came in at $37,592 (plus the higher processing fees and a VA business use tax added on). Rosenthal (Gaithersburg, MD) came in at $38,600 ... qauite an insulting price, compared to the others.

Have narrowed to Pilot and MDX I think. I am leaning toward MDX as I have owend 2 other Acuras and they were awesome cars. We have only two Acura dealers here in Sacramento but their websites would indciate they each have 30-40 MDX's. Seems like a lot of inventory. With new model next year, gas prices, etc... how much below invoice should I be looking to spend?

Yesterday we purchased a 2006 MDX with Navigation and RES (rear entertainment system). We paid a total of $37,000 plus taxes and tags (this price included destination). We weren't looking for RES as an option (we originally just wanted Navi), but the pricing was as though they were throwing it in at no charge.
 
The deals are out there. We went back and forth with many dealers in our area. I had gotten other dealers down to $37,000 for the Touring/Navi only version, but then the deal we went with gave us this same price plus added the DVD system.

the pricing was from open road acura in new brunswick, nj...but these prices are all over tha place less than $32.5K for the base model in NJ/PA area...

I would HIGHLY recommend the Internet Sales personnel Acura of Pleasanton, Calif.!
 
Apr. 29th, I went to Acura of Pleasanton. Not only did I get a 2006 MDX (Aspen White) with Navigation and other options for $250 LESS than any other Bay Area dealership's best offer, they also gave me Acura’s 3.9%/48mo. financing. In addition, they will deliver the car from the dealership to my home (45 mins.) after the optional accessories are installed!

Options: $2,108.96
