My experience -watch out for phone or email offers that disappear when you show up("sold" or "never said that before") -get your own finacing rate research done ahead and have back up to prevent a higher rate at the time of purchase. -Some MDX in stock may have 80 miles on (especially when sale-person gave a attractive offers Gorton, CT offered on T+nav for $38,654 + $189 fee + tax on two MDX in stock (was told that they have 70-80 miles on them when counter offered) Reading, PA offered T+nav for $38,800 + $65 fee + tax. 6yr/100,000 miles extended warranty for $1,454, 7yr/100,000 for $1,888 someting Newport, RI offered $39,000 with running board but sale manager said that never was but $39,000 without running board -buy it out of state if prices have large gaps. The free oil change can be calculated for value. (eg. $35 each then 35 times during 100,000 mile ownership roughly cost $1,225). It appears that the rest of maintainence services are charged. BTW, thanks for the infromation from all thepostings |

We're moving from FL to New Hampshire, right next to the Vermont border. The closest dealerships are all about 80 miles away and there are three of them. Has anyone had any experience with any of them, positive or negative? That would help us decide which one to buy from. Sunnyside Acura in Nashua, NH Lewis Acura in Burlington, VT North Hampton Acura in North Hampton, NH |

We will be purchasing an MDX in the next week or so and I am looking for any one who might have some experience with dealers in this area. We are looking at the touring package w/nav and DVD. The dealer has almost convinced us that the after market DVD is better. We do like the fact that you keep the CD changer in the dash and out from under the seat. We figured that if we went this way we should still look at the pricing of the complete package because the dealer will take care of having the DVD installed. KBB and Edmunds both quote about $39000. I've shopped on line and been quoted the lowest about $1900.00 over invoice. I think that they can do better. Does any one have any thoughts on this or any experience with prices in this area? |

Pulled the trigger on a 2004 MDX Touring with NAV and RES and added following options: Wood grain steering wheel Running boards Tailgate spoiler Burlwood shift knob Total price before tax and tags - 41,595 (refused to pay the dealer processing charge).. Deal from Rosenthal Honda in Gaithersburg - also got blue book for my trade...overall, a good experience. |
