Replying to: kyfdx (Nov 07, 2008 7:37 am) FYI - I checked the in service date for my vehicle and it is 10/22/08, the date of my purchase of the vehicle, and confirmed with the dealership that my warranty is effective starting on my date of purchase. I'm looking to get a price of $30,000 ($4,500 under invoice) for a G35X w/ premium before I pull the trigger. (without financing) With how many I see on the lots, I think it will happen.

I've been holding out on a G35 Journey/Prem/Nav/Wood and the best price I've gotten so far is $34,772.56. This is in Southern Cal. Oh, it also includes the illuminated kick plates. This is with .9% financing and 1k discount.   I'm pretty sure I can get a better deal so I've been waiting it out. The past few days, I started getting a ton of follow up emails from the dealers I contacted initially (about 5 of them). Just got one with an additional $500 coupon so it seems like there are still better deals waiting if you hold out....I'll keep you posted. So far the best deal I've been able to garner up over here in NE Ohio is $31,912 + TTL for the '08 G35x with Premium Package. This still seems a bit high, don't you think? I figured they'd be willing to deal with me since I went to their dealership a couple times already and they have probably about 40 G35x's sitting on their lot (all '08s)!
