If you are a cash buyer, flexible on color and options, and you are not in a hurry, I'd do invoice (get him to send it to you) less 5K ... if you want to buy now, invoice less 4K or so ?

Its the manual (6 speed) with premium package, no sales tax included; but all fees and docs charges are. all the options but without: Nav, ill. kick, and spoiler. It was not a demo, with only 17 miles on it; as with all the 'new' cars are.
the price is 35,440 with 0.9% purchase price is 36, 240 or so; less than $900 finance charge for 60 months. I got the car in Chicago, at Infiniti of Lisle. I am paying $604 a month for 5 years.

Hello All,
I just received a quote from a dealer for an 08 G35x with Premium and Sport packages. I plan on taking advantage of the .9% financing deal. The quote came in at $35810 (dealer said this price was invoice) which excludes TTL. Is this price quote good or could I get a little more off?

Invoice on that car is actually $35699. Since you're taking the financing deal, I'd get them to knock off another $1000.

Yes, chewy734 is right. You should not pay more than $34699 plus TTL (invoice less $1000 sell down bonus) if you plan to take the 0.9% financing. Also, you should ask for a full tank of premium gas, a cargo net, and the floor mats, all of which should be included in that price. Good luck!

did you get anywhere with the dealers mentioned in my email. I'm becoming convinced thats near the bottom, which brings me to my final choice. The 08 35GX with premium and nav or a 09 Maxima similarly configured the payment is within 5 dollars a month of each other. I find the Maxima a little sportier, the G35 a little more elegant. I'm going to buy one or the other very shortly.

Unfortunately, I never received your email. Would you please post the name and town of the Inifiniti dealership in NY right here?
I like the all new Maxima too, but it is not AWD. Also, I was not aware Nissan has this deal. I bought 4 cars from this Nissan dealership in Keyport, NJ but I don't think the 09 Maxima can be had for $32000 plus TTL with the same options as the 08 G35x except AWD. Please also give the name and town of the Nissan dealership if you don't mind.

Hi there ... I purchased a new G35 in June with the same options as the ones you mention, except for the GPS (just didn't make sense for the way/places I drive). I got 1% financing from the dealer. Is that no longer something they offer? It was MUCH better than anything I could have gotten from my credit union or my bank.

Just to inform you guys today, I just bought my 2008 G35 Journey, platinum graphite with premium and navigation package. The price was around 31k after the 5k incentive, I believe because I paid cash. I'm very happy and thanks everyone! This forum was very informative.
