| Best deal I could get is above model with Nav, Tech, Premium Package, Rear Wheel steering, splash guards ,and trunck net, 37,500. Lease for $560.00/mo for 39 months 12k /year. $1,500 out the door, included bank fee,595, 1st payment 560, and tax, tag, title. Black on Black. its a great car and I think I got a pretty good deal. Dealer was pretty much upfront on everything. Sawgrass Infinity in Tamarac- South Florida. | |

I would like to play my Ipod through the sound system. Bye the bye, does anyone have an opinion on what to pay for a new 2007 over invoice. The first price I got was about halfway between mslp and invoice, about $1750 over invoice. Am I hearing that I should shoot for about $500+?

My 39 month lease ends in October, I keep getting mailings that IFS will take my car early, waive any fees to roll into another Infiniti, the pre approved up to 379/mo. Sound OK?? I am paying 279/mo for my current G35, I am really not into cars, need a car that looks great, for cheap, lol, so I am not committed to Infiniti, could go Lexus/BMW etc. What ever is a good value any tips would be great!

I'm going to pick up an 07 coupe soon. A few hundred over invoice, but at this point, that's just quibbling, I guess. What fees should I expect so they don't pull one over on me? Taxes (7% for where I am - NJ), $7.25 tire fees, and how much are lic and reg?

Replying to: blue13 (Aug 13, 2007 8:55 am) Regarding lease fees... Acquisition Fee = $595 Security deposit = Payment + tax rounded to the next whole $25 or $50 (not sure which). May be waived in exchange for a money factor bump. Doc. fee = no more than $295 Be sure to ask for the money factor buy rate sometimes called base rate (i.e., money factor with 0% reserves) Reserves are similar to points paid on mortgage loans. The dealer is compensated for writing the lease at a higher money factor. For example, 0.00210 + 1% reserves means a 0.00210 money factor but the dealer is compensated 1% of the adjusted cap cost (excluding acquisition fee). The 1% reserve comes from you which is embedded in the higher money factor. The buy rate may be only, say, 0.00193. License and registration fees will depend on your state. I have no idea what each state charges. Check with you state's BMV. Hope this helps. John

There is also a hard drive "jukebox" you can load up with more MP3s. Some of this is not available on non-premium pack cars, but I would not get one of those I would guess $500-1000 over invoice including dealer fees would be a good price for a SEDAN. Dennis |

Replying to: albeeee (Aug 12, 2007 5:21 pm) If you wanted to pursue this, then go shop for a new G at the Infiniti dealer and see if you like them and if you can get something to match your payment (it would be pretty stripped or a LONG lease to come in so cheap). If you get a good price and good lease terms THEN mention the early end of lease deal they offered you. If it is on the level, your price for the new car will not change - no more per month and no more out of pocket. If suddenly the terms change, then you know they were just planning on rolling all the fees and stuff into the new lease and hiding it from you. Dennis |
