just to share, Infiniti is offering 1.9% on a 36 month finance and 2.9% on longer deals for the 2004's...not sure why you are paying over 4%

Buying Experience on 2005 G35 coupe by putragis

Interested in 2005 G35 coupe. Live in California and dealerships want to go MSRP citing that it is a car in demand and limited production. Anyone had better luck in getting a good deal? Anybody had experience dealing with Infinity of Thousand Oaks, California? Thanks.

I think it's because I'm going for 60-month term.
AAA offered me 4.35 and US alliance offered 4.9.
Infiniti originally offered 4.9, but in order to keep it in-house, business mgr. lowered to 4.1 when I mentioned AAA's rate. Saves me some over the years, anyway.

I also went for the 60 month but got 2.9% with Infiniti finance.

Just got back from a 4.5 hr negotiation/wait but finally ended up in my G35 Coupe.

Here is what I got:
2004 G35 coupe -
Exterior - Diamond Graphite
Interior - Graphite
Premium Package
Performance Tire & Wheel Package
Aero Package with Spoiler
Aerodynamic Body Kit

For a total of $33500 (not including TTL) - which is the invoice on this car. But was $1500 more than what I had in mind - just wanted the premium package but had to get the Aero and Tire package as it was the only car that was close to the color I wanted.

I also added Dent coverage and GAP coverage just to be safe. Walk out price was $37,021.00. BTW this was at North Houston Infiniti.

2004 Sedan 6MT with mileage by george7777

I've received a few offers on '04 Sedan 6MTs. One of the offers is interesting in that the car involved has over 400 miles on it. Does anyone have an opinion, professional or otherwise, as to how much of a discount this mileage should be worth? Thanks.

I got a quote from Grubbs for a '04 G35 sedan w/ premium package, invoice at $31369, back in October for $30369. You should be able to get one for at least $1500 below invoice now. Good luck.

Actually the dealers have an additional incentive of $1,000 from what i was told starting December 1, so they should have that as a negotiating tool....I believe the deal i was offered on a $36,320 vehicle was closer to $2,500 under invoice.

George..

As for the 400 miles, i don't think its that much of an issue, unless it bothers you....Probably being a demo car, i would expect them to give you at least an extra $1,000 off a car that wouldnt have those miles on it....But if the car is otherwise in good shape, the 400 are no big deal.
