My 2006 G35 does have the problem you describe. I've had it at Infiniti of Orlando twice now with the issue and they continue to tell me they don't have a fix either but "are close". They also told me they would call me when the fix was available, I didn't need to bring the car in again. I started to notice the shuddering around 1900 miles and my car now has about 10,000 miles and is still shuddering.
The Orlando dealer did tell me they have seen other 2006 G35's with auto transmissions having the same issue. I even tried threatening them with going to NHTSA and didn't respond.
#2324 of 2937 Baby Friendly G35 Sedan?

I'm looking seriously at a 2006 G35 Sedan but have a baby on the way and wonder if there are any experiences regarding:
-Fit of the baby seat in the back seat area
-Trunk space for stroller and paraphenalia
-Overall ease of use with baby

I have to say the back seat is a little tighter than my previous Accord Altima/Maxima. If you'd really like the room and can give up the AWD, the Maxima/Altima has alot more space in both the back seat and the trunk. It may fit, but could be tight. Best bet, bring the car seat with you to the dealership and see how it works.

I own the 06 G35X and a 04 Maxima. The trunk of my G35 is only slightly smaller than my Max. I think you could easily put a baby stroller in the G35 trunk and have room for other things. The rear leg room in the G35 is about 2 inches less than the Max however, but as far as a baby seat goes... I think it would fit fine.

I'm hoping the check has cleared smoothly. And details on the settlement that you can provide? What supporting documents did you provide to demonstrate the problem? thx!

i just installed a aem cold air intake and stillen catback exhaust. I was out testing the new goods when I went from 6Th gear to neutral to slow down. Then the rpms got to 1000 the engine oil light come on, battery light comes on and the service engine soon light comes on. The car also locks up like it has stalled and the engine cuts off. As soon as Go from neutral to any gear the engine comes back on and the lights go away and the car runs great. This has happen times now. Anybody have a clue?

Something with the safety neutral switch? It didn't cut out when you upshifted on your way to 6th gear? But only on the downshift?
Odd to say the least.

Have you reflashed your ECU? With some mods including exhaust, air fuel ratios can be affected. May or not be related to your problem.
