I've had a sudden acceleration problem with my Infiniti. It was serious. Are there any other reports of this problem with a G35? I assumed I did something wrong, but have found a few complaints on the NHTS complaints site and here in the forums. I have not driven my car since the problem (it sustained a lot of damage in the incident and is still in the shop). I have had prior issues will the car revving up in appropriately but never with any consequences. Anyone with similar issues or other info on this please let me know. Thanks! -a

I've had my '04 G35 6MT coupe for 2 years now. I love the way the car drives. On the other hand, I have taken it to the dealership for repetitive repairs. So far, I've had the motor to my passenger window replaced because it was malfunctioning. The Bose stereo deck needed to be replaced because I had no sound. I had a difficult time putting fuel in my car. The pump kept shutting off prematurely. The first time I brought it to the dealer for that repair, they replace the fuel hose valve. A few weeks later, the same problem happened again. I had to bring it back on a empty tank so they could investigate the problem. They ended up replacing the sensors in the tank. On top of all that, my brakes wore out within 15,000 miles. I've spoiled this car, and I take such good care of it. It still gives me problems every now and then. I cannot take it anymore, therefore, I'm trying to sell my car. I'm afraid I might have to pay for too many repairs once the warranty is over. Am I alone here? Has anyone else had this many problems with their '04 coupe?

I have a 2003 G35 coupe. The strangest thing is happening to the driver's side door, and myself and my mechanic can not figure out the problem. Basically, the window had a problem where it would just stop working, like the button. So then we cleaned the motor and button, but now the problem is whenever u open the door, the window moves down about an inch. So basically when I get out of the car the windows always gonna be open. What would you think would need to be replaced?? the window motor?? And if my car is still under warranty do you think the dealership would deal with this matter??

In another car I have that has the same type of function, (window drops when you open the door and goes back up when you close it); to reset, you run it all the way down, then all the way up and hold the switch in the up position for 15 seconds or so. That resets the correct window height in the computer. You could try to see if it works. Are you going to a wrench that does not know the Infiniti brand?

That's why the window will never be closed right now on the driver's side. Do you think it's the motor?? or is it sum strange wiring connecting the door handle to the window regulator?

How in the heck do I set a pause on the on-board phone book in the Bluetooth equipped Coupe? I have tried every manner of star, #, space, pause and even speed dial and yet can’t seem to get it. The pause is critical to getting into voice mail and through switchboards for me as I am sure it is for everyone. Any idea of how to get it done? I’m using the Verizon version of the Razor which I believe is different than the Cingular. When I say the word space or pause the Infiniti system sees it as the number of the key of the first letter in the word. I even moved the numbers requiring a pause to my speed dial group but that doesn’t work either. For some reason all this does is get me a Verizon recording about reaching a wrong number. Help……… Thanks, Roll

Does anyone experiance what seems to be fogging within the headlights? I have a 2003 G35 sedan and noticed an imperfection from day one but that was poo-pooed by the service department. Now there is noticable fogging and what seems like a spray fromn somewhere INSIDE the head light lenses.
