I am having problems with all lights blinking, flickering on my 1999 Lumina. I was told it might be my ground battery cable which I checked out.

I was driving down the road last week and my sunroof began opening by itself. The button allowed me to close it back up...but now it doesn't work at all. Is a click sound when I hit the button. Fuse is ok. Anyone ever have that problem? Thanks Ken
