Just got my certificate that recognizes successful completion of a "Valuing Differences" course. It has helped me overcome some of my ill feelings towards some of the insistent Ford bashers. I wish they offered a highschool course on this subject. But then, again, the internet would not be as entertaining... |

| You can't win in public forums, Wilcox, because even IF someone comes on line insisting that "one opinion is as good as another", that's just another hierarchy ready for an argument, the point being that to say: "one opinion is as good as another" is imposing a value system just like saying "one opinion is better than another". It is substituting one tyranny for another is all and doesn't prevent fights. | |

| Is there a discussion thread that talks about all the tax, fees, and charges I can expect when buying a used car from a dealer? I have financing from my credit union and I want it to cover 100% of my costs (including tax, tag, title, and registration)since I don't have any extra cash right now. Having a ball park on the total cost of everything beside the price of the car will let me know what I can look at. If it matters I live in Washington, DC and will be buying from a Maryland or Virginia dealership. | |

| Based on Speedvision and NASCAR topics we've had I think it would get plenty of action. | |

| You mean a Motorsports Board andy? | |
|
on the front page, where 'sedans', 'coupe, convertibles, sports cars', 'News & Views' links are. I believe there's a legitimate need for a motorsports section. that Speedvision thread is reaching its limit in terms of range of discussion topics. some people want to talk only NASCAR, some only F1, and some WRC. a dedicated forum for each, all grouped under a 'Motorsports' topic, would serve users very well |

| go to the Speed Channel discussion for more on this topic. | |

|
| Sounds like you mean a whole new Board. | |
