A business case study sounds too much like homework to me. I'm on a slow modem connection right now - was that the "What to Drive" campaign? I left a message for Patti, but at work. I doubt she's checking it. I also e-mailed her, but she's probably not on a PC yet, I'm sure. Bob - read the fine print - they admit that photo is doctored. 0-60 was quicker than the the compact crew cabs they compare it to, even the S/C Frontier. Also quicker than the Kia Sorento V6, and heck, even quicker than their last Forester, which is plain odd given the weight. -juice |

Frank-- I'll take you up on that if I visit our marketing site in Alpharetta. I was in Atlanta for about 12 hours this time and wasn't at all happy about it. -Colin |

I just bought a pair of rollerblades at my daughters insistence (and why do I listen to a little kid??). She is great on them and wants me to join her. I skated around the little indoor track at the local Dick's Sporting Goods, and it felt great, but I have not been on skates (roller or ice) since Christmas, 1990. Beth thinks I am nuts, and is searching for the life insurance policy as I write this. Any other 45 yr olds out there this crazy??? Steve |

Just wear protective gear. I'm a so-so rollerblader and always wear wrist-pads, knee pads and elbow pads. Once when we where packing up the car to leave the park one summer, our 13 y.o. decided to go for one more spin. She had taken off her pads and was only wearing a bathing suit. She went down a slight incline and BAM! She has a nice scar on her elbow now. Be safe! -Dennis |

Re: Wife 1.0 - Interestingly, the only Y2K problem the program experienced was a realization of a sagging driver. Installed Plastic Surgeon 6.0 and after a few weeks, Wife 1.0 was running like new again. Re: roller blades - They are much easier than skate boards, imo. (I spent two weeks on crutches after my last skate boarding attempt.) Get some ski poles to start out. Helps till you get the balance and brakes figured out. |

a sagging driver... That certainly could make Wife 1.0 wish for an upgrade... Bob |
