I also guess 16995 is for CE, MSRP of LE is usually around 22,xxx.
But the 0% APR is very interesting. The best APR from Toyota is 2.9% as I think.

I just bought a 2009 Toyota Camry from Boch Toyota in Norwood, Massachusetts. I followed a lot of the things mentioned in this article (http://www.bargaineering.com/articles/how-to-buy-a-car-without-getting-screwed.- html) , especially getting the “Get the “drive it off the lot” price” from Consumer Reports for $14. It was well worth it. I paid $70 under dealer cost and they delivered the car to my town’s DMV (Dept of Motor Vehicles) to transfer plates. But before that I went to three different dealers in Connecticut (my home) and priced/test drove three different models. Doing your homework is well worth the time as I saved at least a $1,000. Just a side note, I didn’t want to buy a new car but my old one was totaled after hitting a deer. I guess it was my Karma to buy this car.

Hello Vincent_H,
Where did you get the quote for 18000 (after rebate) for the 2009 Camry LE. I think it is very good in Bay area. Today I went with immune and tried several dealers and the best price they can offer is 18500 for the car.
God damn it.

Hello bertmerc,
is it possible that you share the OTD number in Bay area (94086 if you need the zip code) for 09 Camry LE base model?
Thanks a lot!

Brought 09 Camry base with AT( model 2514 for zip 21029. it is not called CE now, the next level is LE) at Clarksville MD at $17333, plus tax (the tax is calcualte with $17333+$1500 and then take the 1500 rebate out), regisiation fee and additional $100. Another dealer want to $17500 and plus the rest. The $1500 rebate is good before 2/1/09. good luck.

Visited Local dealer who agreed SE (MSRP 25814) OTD for 23.5K ..However APR was 4.9% and I have asked for 0.9% which did not work ..Not sure if 23.5K OTD on an SE is good price ...

Not sure where you are located but I think you can do much better. I was looking at the SEs 4cyl. and these are selling for $21800 in Minnesota. Based on what I have read here, the 2010s are coming out with a new engine and transmission therefor I think the discounts should be pretty good for the next month or so. I also saw some SE v6 with leather for $24500 listed on the dealer website. Good Luck!!!
